A Birthday, New Blog and Lost Car
Wow.. it's been a while since my last post. More than I week, which is so unlike me. It was a pretty "eventful" week... not the Kim Kardashian kinda "eventful" but just the I'm-the-busy-mom-and-wife kind of eventful.
What else.. oh yeah. My entertainment blog, Just Press Play, that was hosted at Today(dot)com was moved by the company to Blogdog(dot)com. Urgh. So I decided to leave and re-brand my entertainment blog and I'll be launching it on May 1st! Yup! This MIDNIGHT!
Also this week, I've been busy thinking about getting whole life insurance because my husband was saying that he's only covered as long as he works at his company. So we have to think of something for AFTER he retires. It's a long way to go.. but if we get it now, the monthly payments would be cheaper.
Last but not least, the most eventful thing of the week -- My husband's car got STOLEN in front of my MIL's house. I don't want to get into the details because I'm exhausted just thinking about it.. But yeah. That's what happened. So as for the moment, we are CAR-LESS. We're doing fine, though.. don't worry about us. :)

Hi Wenny! LOL! Now THAT would be the day when i start decorating cakes. I can't even color properly.. haha..
I actually ordered the cake two days before.. and surprisingly, my son chose this design instead of ben10 or transformers or all the other superheroes. :) I ordered it from a bakery called Brumby's. :)

Hmm.. okay lah jugak. But I silap. Should've just ordered from Secret Recipe. Worth more.. this one was 1kg... for the price, can get a 2kg Secret Recipe cake. Ish.. salah bah me. :( Nevermind, lesson learnt.. now i know better.

Tu lah.. dah nama pencurik.. memang takde kerja lain.. asyik mencuuurik aje! LOL! Kesian lah hubby terpaksa naik bas to central and then from central take another bus to KLIA. Pulang boleh lah tumpang kawan yg tinggal area2 subang ni.. memang tak ramai lah but ada lah sorang dua..

Aiyooo, I know how lousy it feels to have you car stolen. Crooks are getting bolder these days. Maybe we should all chain our cars with those huge bicycle chains, that might just work ... LOL!

Hey girl!! :) THanks so much for the birthday wishes.. He's a bit traumatized right now 'coz he lost his first tooth! Anyways, at this point, I'm not hoping on getting our car turn up. Most likely, we'll just claim insurance and get a new car. :(
Hey Nick! That's why lah.. we need bicycle locks, steering locks, door locks, gate locks.. just like how Mr. Bean locks his car. He needs to open a couple of padlocks just to get in his car! LOL! :)
