My husband is such a big fan of Creedence Clearwater Revival a.k.a. CCR. He once even requested that I choose a CCR song for my Music Monday. Of course, one of his faves is "Proud Mary" and I was more than happy to indulge him.
I recently heard that 2 of the original members of CCR are having a whole lot of shows lined up in Vegas this year. Maybe this is the time for me to cajole him to bring me on one of those many advertised Vegas vacations.
However, with all this swine flu going on, all traveling plans are put on hold. Even my Christmas vacation plan to Melbourne is on a definite hold. *sigh*
Till things get better, let's just enjoy one of my husband's fave songs, "Proud Mary".
