The Sales Rep Who Couldn't Stop Talking
Sometime around yesterday afternoon, I got this phone call from this insurance company representative from whom I had purchased an insurance last month. So anyways, they wanted to tell me about a "new and improved" package, that to be honest, I just wasn't interested in. So I just gave her the courtesy of explaining everything.
Since I wasn't sure that it was going to be automatically charged or they automatically upgrade account holders, I asked her "What if I choose not to (upgrade the package)?" Then she still kept talking and talking and explaining the benefits. 
I asked her again, "What if I choose not to?" Again, she talked and talked and talked.. I asked her yet again "What if I choose not to??" And she still kept talking and talking.. All this while, my sister was laughing her ass off because I sounded like a broken record.. So this time I raised my voice and said "I asked you a question!! What if I choose not to??!!"
Then she stopped talking and said "Why not?" in an annoyed voice no less. So I said, "It's my choice.. I just don't want to". Then she berated me on not upgrading my package.. then I snapped at her and said "Why are you making such a big issue? I choose not to!! Is that difficult to understand?!!!"
Her response??
"Ok. Bye."
Then she hung up. OMG!
That was soooo hilarious. I was totally exhausted from that conversation! LOL! I don't know where she got her health insurance lead but I wonder how I got into it.

sometimes I can't handle talking to ppl on the phone. Especially if it's something i'm not interested in. Like the other day WWF Malaysia person called me explain how to support etc I said that can be found at the website, I'll do it when I'm free. These kinda things should be done face to face seriously =_="

Hahahaha if I was in a foul mood yesterday, I might do the same thing as
well.. But I was feeling pretty relaxed and felt very generous with my time!
LOL! I was even laughing as I put down the phone.. it's so incredulous why
SHE got upset instead.

Hahahhaha but trust me Massy.. Here in KL they really get in your face when
you're in a hurry.. I told the guys at WWF the same thing also.. I'll check
out your website.. but noooooooooo.. they practically forced me to sit down
and I said.. can't you see I'm rushing!! My husband sudah jauuuuh jalan di
depan.. Bikin geram betul!

:-D Lol Shemah! I always received this kind of calls and I'd always tell them that they're wasting their times. But recently, I got a call from one of those airasia insurance things. The caller (a guy) called my mom's name, I said that's my mom's name and she's not here, she's in Sabah and I'm here in Shah Alam. He went on & on telling me how I should take the insurance for bone diseases since I'm over 50! I laughed my ass off! Goes to show, they don't really listen to you, they were trained to talk non-stop and non-sense! :-D

Hahahahaah very true Mimi!! I think they hardly even realize someone is on
the other line.. LOL! Most of the time, they're talking a mile a minute..
and you don't even understand what they're saying and you wouldn't even
bother to ask what it's all about anyways. How to make sales like that?? Oh
well.. she was lucky I was in a good mood yesterday.. or else I wouldn't
even repeat myself that many times. That's one thing I just hate to do:
repeat myself. Hahaha..

I just woke up again Shemah, but am still a little dizzy, so am going back

Oh ada tu yg wrong number and then asked me who I am. I asked him who he's looking for, he still asked me who I am. In the end I said, salah nomborlah! And I hung up lol!

Sometime I really feel that these peoples are trained just to read out the marketing write up given to you. In fact they don't really understand the product.
